Membership Application

Welcome to our online application portal!  All of the fields on the application are required.  Current AMA membership is required to join our club, and we need to have your AMA number for insurance reasons.

Annual Member dues of $200 are due by January 1 of each year.  For your convenience you can set up those payments automatically by selecting the “Automatic Recurring” option.  New members who join after October 1 will be credited for the following year automatically, and renewal will not be due until the second calendar year after joining.  For example, if you join October 2, 2021, your annual membership will be paid through 2021 and 2022, and renewal will not be due until January 1, 2023.

Once your application is submitted it may take up to one week after receipt of payment for your membership to be active.  If you are still unable to access the roster or other member functions after that time, please contact us via the website.
